Eligibility & Installation: The promotional price is contingent upon the condition that the garage door system is in proper working order and meets all safety and structural requirements for a standard opener installation. Upon arrival, the technician will perform a full inspection. ACH Services reserves the right to refuse installation if the garage door or related components (including springs, cables, and tracks) are not in a condition that allows for a safe and proper installation. In such cases, the technician will provide a quote for the necessary repairs. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Additional Costs:

8ft Door Rail: A surcharge of $79 will be applied for the installation of an 8ft rail required for an 8ft tall garage door.

Non-Standard Conditions: Any additional parts, labor, or services required to make the garage door safe and functional for installation will incur additional charges, which will be quoted and approved by the customer before work begins.
Smart Features and Connectivity:

The opener includes built-in Wi-Fi capability for smartphone control and monitoring. For this feature to function, the customer is responsible for ensuring a working Wi-Fi signal is available and reaches the opener's location in the garage. ACH Services is not responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, or extending the customer's home network or Wi-Fi coverage.
Agreement: By scheduling this service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the garage door area is clear and accessible for the technician to perform the work.
